How shipping works
Submitting the checkout form creates an order request. We review the delivery address, product availability, supply method and freight before confirming the order. No payment is taken during this initial review.
Once the freight charge and expected timing are confirmed, we send the customer the final total and a secure payment option.
Dispatch and lead times
Products may be dispatched from Engineers HQ, a New Zealand supplier or an approved overseas supplier. The source and expected dispatch timing vary by product and will be confirmed before payment.
Any date provided is an estimate unless Engineers HQ agrees otherwise in writing. If a material delay occurs, we will contact the customer with the available options.
Supplier-direct orders
Some products are sent directly by the supplier. Engineers HQ remains the customer’s point of contact for the order. Customer delivery details are shared only with the supplier and service providers needed to quote, fulfil and track the delivery.
International delivery
Orders outside New Zealand are reviewed individually. Any known duties, taxes, customs requirements or customer responsibilities will be identified before the order is accepted and paid.
Delivery problems
If an order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact info@engineershq.co.nz with the order number and relevant photos. Engineers HQ will investigate with the carrier or supplier and keep the customer updated.
