Tilley & Patton is a contract sheet metal manufacturer in Lower Hutt, making parts and welded assemblies for customers throughout New Zealand. The team takes jobs from a sketch or CAD drawing through prototyping and into small batches or repeat production. Its workshop offers fibre laser cutting, waterjet cutting, CNC turret punching, folding, plate rolling, welding and assembly.

The work ranges from electrical enclosures and cable trays to perforated building screens and public seating. Examples include the clover-leaf louvres in Queenstown and the custom seats in Porirua’s city centre.
